Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is the Transition 5.0 certified technical report and when is it mandatory?

The sworn technical assessment is the fundamental document attesting to the achievement of energy saving targets required by law (at least 3% for the entire facility or 5% for the specific production process). It is mandatory to appoint a certified assessor (such as a certified EGE) for both ex-ante and ex-post appraisals in order to safely claim tax credits.

How does Studio Flamigni's Success Fee model work?

We firmly believe in the value and feasibility of the projects we undertake. For this reason, the primary portion of our professional fee for Subsidized Finance activities is structured as a Success Fee, meaning it is payable only upon the actual granting and utilization of the tax benefit or funding by the company.

What is the DNSH Principle and how is a PNRR DNSH Technical Report prepared?

The Do No Significant Harm (DNSH) principle requires that any investment funded through European programs (e.g. PNRR) causes no significant harm to any of the six environmental objectives defined by the EU Taxonomy. Studio Flamigni prepares detailed technical assessments and DNSH reports evaluating machinery and plant impacts, guaranteeing ironclad documentary compliance for fund disbursement.

When is an Industrial Energy Audit (D.Lgs. 102/2014) required?

An energy audit under Legislative Decree 102/2014 is a statutory requirement every 4 years for large enterprises and energy-intensive companies. It is also the ideal strategic tool for any SME seeking to map energy carriers scientifically, optimize consumption, and reduce operating expenses (Opex).
